Ram Survey Latest News- Legal Compliance Form

Before few days back on Ram Survey website i downloaded their power point presentation regarding their products & concept. In it they had written that in future they will need physical proof of address, pan card & residential proof of members. Now the same is seen as a link in the member's panel in the form of last option "Legal Complain Form" ( Simply poor English of RS guys). It is actually "legal compliance form". In it they have asked for so many unnecessary details like :

Full name, Residential Address, Permanent Address, Pan card details, Name of member, Your Ram Survey member id, Your registration date, Amount paid--whether cash or into their a/c, if into their a/c then into which a/c of RS. Like that there are other irrelevant details that are asked which are asked to us. In the end page there is page of kind attention which says the following:

1. Furnished of all the person details asked above and submission of all documents as per enclosure are mandatory for legal complacence , failing which the company is constrain to take any appropriate legal to blocking at ID permanently.
2. All the details has to be put /filled up online and after taking print out of the same from and by affixing a recent colored passport size photograph and affixing signature an all appropriate places and also an each page including all the pages of the document to be enclosed with from .
3. All the physical entries like signature etc be original filled in blue ball pen only.
4. Completed form along with all requested enclosed documents be submitted enter in personal by past/ by conform to the registered office of the company at Mirzapur U.P.
5. All the form submitted in person are required to be submit in duplicate in indicate for too purpose of acknowledgement.
6. Legal audit will be responsible to scrutinize legal complain form independently.
7. There won’t be any beneficiary other than individual or the firm. Who has got the membership ID in their respective names?
8.The membership is totally in individual capacity and it cannot be transferred in any manner even if there is a case of death of the member.
9.All the entries are required to be identical as per the enclose documents provided by the member, if any discrepancy found any way, the same shall be deserved to be suspended.
10.Only members with valid IDs are eligible to file claim, to file complain or to ask any clarification if needed at any stage.
11. It is mandatory to give representation in writing to the company authority before filling any complain against the company before any authority.

Whatever it says i am of the opinion that this is just given to avoid any legal action against them. As they are unable to pay to all of their members they have found this new way of scarring people who don't comply such details & they even write about blocking that id permanently. This is simply nothing but pure double standards for avoiding legal action.
Note to all those reading it:
1) Login to your main a/cs & take a screen shot of them so that tomorrow if your id is found deleted you have something legal to file a suit against them !!!!
2) However the matter of relief is that they have not put any information on pop-up or their news details section yet.
In one word this is nothing but "Bull-shit Crap".
