Kindly go through the above pages of the Times Of India dated 21/07/2011. This shows the working of our govt. After companies go away what is the use of such notices. However Speak Asia is very different from our company Ram Survey.
Despite govt. giving notice to public Speak Asia also gave ad on same news paper on same day. Look at the way they are fighting back. But we don't know what RS guys are doing. This is the difference between good management & weak management. RS management plz learn something from SAOL.

Registrar of Companies (ROC), under Ministry of Corporate Affairs submitted its report on Speak Asia Online. In the report ROC found that Speak Asian Online Pte. Ltd. a Singapore based company Violated Section 591 in The Companies Act, 1956 according to the act, companies who are incorporated outside India and Still doing business in India, must get permission and registration from ROC before doing business in India.
ReplyDeleteAfter this report, ROC will call top company officials for an Inquiry and will start investigation from the beginning and will submit final Report within 90 days. On the other hand, Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) has given permission to Speak Asia to transfer pending money to all the investors and a circular has also been issued to the banks to help in facilitation. RBI also said that during the mean time Speak Asia cannot operate and do business in India, unless they pay off all the investors. if Speak Asia agree to do that, then only Speak Asia can apply for the fresh registration.
Now the big question is, will Speak Asia pay the money they owe to the investors or will they wait for 90 days to see the final report by ROC.
Our Take: Speak Asia had earlier said that they want to transfer the money into panelist bank account but due to RBI intervention they could not to that. Now the permission has been granted by RBI to Speak Asia to start the transfer, then this time there should not be any excuse from company’s top officials. If things does not improve then there could be something ” Dal mein kuch kala hai”

ReplyDeleteSee, a day will come when buddies like us, will stop posting comments and will stop discussing about Ram Survey. An action is required from the end of the Government. A complete data of all members/panelists is required to be blocked by the Government, as well as their accounts too and as per the records, the amount should be refunded to the panelists.
ReplyDeleteThere is another solution, which could be effective, any software specialist, who is well versed in hacking should hack all the data from the site of Ram Survey and then post it to the Government.

ReplyDeleteHey - The amount that is blocked in the SBI account is only 8.5 Caror and the total amount should be about 15 Caror that has been blocked in all the bank accounts and as I have heared that they have 15 Lacks members.If I guess that 10 Lakhs members were created by ewallet and 5 Lakhs Members submitted their money in RS account so total money is 5 Lakh X 3500 = 1750 Caror . If we deduct 15 Caror form this so Ram Survey has 1735 Caror money . So They still have money so keep the hope waste your time discuss about Ram survey and other mlm companies and please do not make any action otherwise they will not give you money . There are a lot of companies like this you can invest amount in those companies and make join your bother and sisters , relative and freinds etc and fulfill your loss. Our india is great poeple of the contery can not do anything here .
ReplyDelete@ajad I agree with u. we have to keep patience otherwise we will loose our hard earn money. according to ram survey customer care there accounts are still freezed and they are hoping that it will be unfreezed by 10th of august. After that we will get our payment. So keep faith and believe in god and hope for the best.

ReplyDeleteIt seems that every one has disappointed and understood that RS would not pay any amount.well it's matter of disappointment but still something is remaining.It doesn't matters whether any one of you agree with me or not but I still keep some hope.Because.......JAHA CHAH WAHA RAHH. Dear ajad, I not asking for help to any one of you. I wrote only that what I think about RS and RS was not source of living to any one of us.I hope most of us had made good amount of money from RS that why we want RS come back on track again.One more thing RS gave me a chance to live like a KING whether it was for a very short time and think most of you will agree with me.
