ram survey news update

At last official complain has been launched against its MD Mr. Saha from Mirzapur for failing to pay dues. SP police has sealed/blocked a/cs of Ram Survey until investigation gets completed. All accounts from Sbi,Hdfc,Axis bank are now locked. The amount found in them was rs.5 crore. Now its wait & watch for all members like me. Until investigation gets completed nothing will happen. This may take time. I have been out of station for 2-3 days & some members have sent sms saying that some of their down line have received payment on Friday & some on Saturday. But the payment figures are too small to even mention. Majority of members are waiting for payments. With 5 crore in hand i don't understand why the company was not speeding up payments & founding excuses like inadequate bank account details in the my account section of members. The deliberate delay for payments by the company is now taking its toll. The patience of members have given up & so now fraud complain has been launched. If members knew more kindly comment.

    Somebody told me that yesterday there was a meeting at Delhi(Hotel Shangrila) with Mr Kushwaha leaders attend the meeting you know something about that.........

    Welcome Back!
    Its good to hear from you.As you have said ,only a few have been paid and that also from or around Mirzapur.The rest are still waiting and hoping for the best.You must have read the foul worded comments from a few of the Company's spokesmen and can understand as to what kind of people we are dealing with.with 5 crores in the company's coffers and with zero payments.It is well understood that the company did not intend to pay.Excuses like incorrect bank details etc,are too old now.
    Our leader from Mumbai says that he was in a meeting with about 100 leaders and the owners in Delhi .He seems positive and says that the company will pay back in 15 days as the complainant is none other than an ex top brass of Ram Survey who wants to settle old scores.And as per rules,once an FIR is launched ,the first thing to be done is to seal accounts.
    This might be ploy to buy more time,but the 5 crore lying in the accounts unused say a different story.
    Can any one please update about the Delhi meeting.

    Mr. Dhar,I am also not sure of this rule.Our leader in Mumbai told us so.It works such that the accounts remain frozen until the investigators give a clean chit.
    I am waiting for the others to respond as to what occured in the Delhi meet.If it ever did take place.

    On a different note.Things with Speak Asia are different! The company is communicating directly through pop ups as well as through the leaders at the local level.I am confident that my money in Speak Asia will be made.With Ram Survey,join me in my prayers.

    Thanks Mr Zamin for replying to my comment. I personally think that Ram Survey administration does not want to pay us. It is not that they do not have the money......they do have the money and in crores as we all know now. Very unlike Speak Asia Online.

    Mr.Dhar I have been reading your comments for some time now.We have made mistakes by joining and making others join RamSurvey without doing due diligence.Since the case is under the Honbl Court we can only wait till further orders are given.Till such time we have to keep our fingers crossed and wait.

    Money aye to sab accounts best hi hai. Aur nai aye to koi account acha nai hai. Mera b same situation hai. Koi account mein paise nai aye. 20 days ho gaye. I have requested in HDFC bank, Then also still pending. Status approved but payment not received

    Check these 2 news update at RS's website:

    1) Payment request will remain closed till 15th June 2011. [Jun 02, 2011]

    Thanks for being with us in hour of need. We further seek little favor from all of you to being patience for payment request, this will remain closed till 15th June'2011. This is done as you all know that accounts are ceased and a section of site is under maintenance. We will keep you updated on the same.

    2) Binary Payout Closing Changed [Jun 02, 2011]

    Dear Associates, wish to inform you that Binary Payout Closing has been changed with the immediate effect. Instead of closing in every week it will be now closed on every fortnight i.e every 15th and 31st of the month.

    Hope of payment is fading away or has it already faded?

    Hi Friends...My neighbors relative has taken the franchise of ramsurvey here in mumbai...So far(till 3 weeks ago) we used to get money in cash...but as we all know now there is no payment being made.... Today they told me that ramsurvey has paid half the tax amount and that they should resume the payment request sometime soon...If I get any other update...I shall let u guys know...

    I was waiting for such news from Mumbai.My leader is from there and he was signing in people at seminars just a few days back,plus he was even paying up members there himself with a certain percent cut as his profit.I always wondered how he could afford to do so.I think the company has agreed to pay its top leaders secretly.Any other such info would be helpfull.

    my account is disable to make the payment request from first joining month without any reason and there is no channel to clear my problem. how can i make payment request? nobody there to tell me from company side. no reply of my mails neither any no is given for communication. all the reason above shows that company is not interested more to continue or entertain the public which investments received.

    Some more updates: Today they told me that every member will get the survey amount in their account after 15th June but will deduct 25%...so we will get only Rs.1500. They also said that those members who havent got any money yet will get it first(wierd..atleast ppl wont lose their invested amount..profit is far away)....6 ppl can have the same bank account details...and if its hdfc bank...amount will be credited within 7 days... Any further updates and i shall revert back to you guys

    How many of you know of the fact……………RamNaresh Kushwaha father of Sushil Kushwaha on whose name the company is formed…….. is a Ticket Booking Clerk in Mirzapur Railway Station and ram Survey is his overambitious son’s imaginative project which has turned a fiasco…..
    The latter doesn’t realize what trouble has he put his family into…..his father and family will not be able to lead a peaceful life ever…..
    Somebody tell him he is dealing with Indians my dear friend and remind him of “Anna-Hajaare”and “Baba-Ramdev” episode…..it hardly takes time for the Indians to get united for the betterment of fellow Indians… be it……….against…….. the mighty Indian Government or….. a mere…….”Ram Survey”………..
    They have started altering their business plans as and when they wish to…….what do they think people are fools…….and will be ready to follow what they say……..

    I joined the company on 5 may 2011 and started getting survey's from 11 may 2011 completed on the same date.., and tday is 10 june 2011 till now i have not received any amount in the account, its still showing amount bal 0. So can any one tell me from which date i'll start getting amount in my account?
