  5. vegetable & fruits are very much essential in our diet. Yes sometimes junk food tastes good but our body cleaners & health givers are vegetables & fruits..so eat them even if you don't like it. many people don't eat fruits thinking that they are costly but in real they are not if you consider your health as your wealth.....so think wise, act wise & give vegetables & fruits a space in your daily diet......
