Some very important Yog/Yoga  Mudras :
Practice This Yog Mudras for atleast 3-5 mins everyday for life time. In pictures hands are put together but while practicing you can put hands away. Friends in this fast world everyone has some problems. To overcome day to day stress & other problems the below given yog mudras are very helpful.

Akash Mudra: 


Akash Mudra is for those who have ear problems.

Dhyan Mudra:


Dhyan Mudra is for increasing concentration power. It also helps in decreasing depression & mind related problems.

Hriday Mudra:


It is helpful for Asthma & Respiratory disease problems.

JAL MUDRA :


This is for blood purification & skin disease.( I have started doing this since last two days as i have some skin problems. Will update the results afterwards)

LING MUDRA:


This mudra is helpful in Headache & Fever.

PACHAN MUDRA:



Those persons who have digestive problems like Gas, indigestion should do this after eating food. Not advisable before food intake.

For eyes & nervous problems this mudra is very helpful. It also is helpful in charging all parts of the body.

PRITHVI MUDRA:



For peace of mind and active body this mudra is very helpful.

SURYA MUDRA:


This mudra is helpful in controlling cholesterol problems. A must for those persons who have cholesterol problems.

    I will also start pachan mudra bcz i m sufferng frm gas problem some times.
